we stay in deluxe king room quite often, it is tidy and tastefully decorated. there is a coffeemaker and fridges. the staff is absolutely kind and helpful, and the breakfast is great. the hotel offers good and perfect location so close to the centre.

The location of the hotel was great, situated in a charming side street in the heart of the city. There were plenty of lanterns and nice places to eat nearby, making it convenient to explore and dine out. the owner, Hannah, was exceptional. She was extremely helpful in planning our trip and provided us with valuable tips and recommendations.

Loved my time here. I had a REALLY NICE stay at this good small hotel. The location was marvellous and peaceful, next to the bui vien walking street, convenient to go everywhere. I found nice Nam Vietnamese Rooftop Kitchen by accident, it was not too far away from the venue. The most amazingly kind and amicable staff I ever met.

The staff was amazing, always willing to help and provide great service. They even decorated our room for Christmas, which was a nice touch. The breakfast had a good variety of options, both local and Western dishes.

The hotel was located near a busy street, so it was quite noisy, especially during the holiday season. The rooms were also quite small and cramped, making it a bit uncomfortable.

Facilities like 24-hour room service, airport transfer, concierge, coffee shop, and more to enjoy. Museum of Fine Arts and Vinh Khanh Food Street are cultural highlights. Oh, and of course, a shared lounge and room service!

Such a shame there's no elevator, I just love carrying my suitcase up the stairs. So fun.

The tour desk helped us plan an epic night out in the city, hitting up the best bars and clubs nearby. The hotel staff were super cool and gave us awesome recommendations for street food. Our room was clean and comfy, perfect for crashing after all the partying. Definitely coming back for more fun!

While Urban Lodge was a great spot for young party-goers like us, it would have been even better if they had organized regular social events or parties for guests to mingle and have a blast together. It would have taken the fun factor to the next level!

Very tasteful decoration and well-equipped rooms. The hotel is located in a lively side street with plenty of bars and restaurants. This gives a pleasant background noise that I personally found soothing.

Rooms facing the street can be a little noisy at night due to music from nearby establishments. However, it's not overly loud and the hotel's great location makes up for it.

For the price, Urban Lodge provided excellent value for money. The room was tastefully decorated, clean, and spacious, with good air conditioning and accurate pictures reflecting its true condition. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to the market, plenty of restaurants, and bus terminals. The staff, including the welcoming and friendly host, were attentive and made us feel well taken care of.

In terms of breakfast offerings, it would have been better if there were more options besides eggs and bread.
